Without major changes, every human being on the entire plane will face devastating, deadly and irreversible changes. We base this assumption on the dairy industry example: Cows produce five percent more milk when acknowledge by name instead of only by number. We are assuming that human will respond to our computer system in a much more positive way when the components are referred to as a family of individual members, each of which has its own personal name.

It's not about being smart. It's about working smart -- and it's about being wise. I have the the seven essential ingredients: 1) I know who and what I am. 2) I know my relationship the the physical world that I find myself in. 3) I know "where" I am. (i.e. I know the present conditions, contexts and circumstances). 4) I know where I choose to be. 5) I know the next step on the journey from here to there. 6) I'm fully confident in my ability to handle each step along the way. 7) I'm fully confident in my ability to reach my intended goals.

With regard having specific skills and talents, of course I don't know everything or have all the required skills and talents. That's not necessary, because success is a team effort. I know my job as one of the team's leaders. One of my jobs is to reach out into the world and bring in talented and highly skilled people to join the team and provide the necessary ingredients. These people are available. Many of them are presently unemployed or underemployed.

If you were to ask me right now, "Do you know what you are doing?" The answer is yes, I'm typing this sentence into the computer document you are reading. What you really mean by that question is: "Do you have the capacity to accomplish the goal (or goals) you have stated as you intention?"

For someone doing something that people commonly do successfully, such a following a recipe to back a cake or following blueprints to build a house, the answer is easily "yes." For someone doing something much grander where there are a number of significant unknowns, with rare exception, the answer depends upon whether or not the person has the seven essential ingredients listed above.
