Concept Summary

Would you like a computer system that doesn't become completely out of date in a year?   Would you like a totally modular computer system in which you pay for and replace only that small portion of your computer system that actually becomes obsolete?   

When you last upgraded your computer system, did you need a new keyboard?   Or a new set of electrical wires?   Or a new monitor?   If you replaced your computer within the past two years, most of what you threw away was still in perfectly good condition.  

Why did you throw all that stuff away?   Because before Green-Earth-Computers.com came onto the scene, you really didn't have any other choice.   The computer companies sold their systems complete with everything included in buy-all or buy-nothing packages.   Whether you need all those components was irrelevant to the computer company.   

The primary goal of those who sell computers is to make money.   The more pieces that are in the packages they sell the more money they make.   Whether you need to replace all those components or not, is of no concern to the sellers.   All the trash that is produced is of no concern to the seller, either.   

Not only that, customer service is also viewed as either something to avoid because it cost money or as another way to exploit the customers by charging money for services such as tech support.   

Intentionally designed-in obsolescence is another factor that is widespread and that the manufactures don't like to talk about.

Profit is motivation number one.   It's also motivation number two, three, four, and five for most computer company executives.   Well, all that is about to change dramatically as you will see when you examine this website.
