The Basic Requirements

If you are interested in joining The Green-Earth-Computers' Development Team, you must meet the following seven requirements.

The first and foremost requirement is Integrity.

Second is having an understanding of How the Universe Functions.

Third is having a clear understanding of Our Mission and Our Intentions.

Fourth is having Something of Value to Contribute to the success or our mission.

Fifth is a personality that gives you The Ability to Interact Harmoniously with the rest of the team members.

Sixth is the ability to Speak Your Version of the Truth, with discretion, in any situation.

Seventh is Commitment. This is not an "I'll try" organization.

Integrity

Integrity and how the Universe functions go hand in hand. Here's why.

Because everything in the entire physical universe is an intimate piece of a grand and mysterious whole. Every human being is inside and not outside of God. There' nobody our there to be your enemy.

Because you cannot steal anything. "Everything you put our comes back to you multi-fold." "What goes around comes around." "As you sew, so shall you reap."

The overwhelming and irrefutable evidence tells us that humans are not their physical bodies.

The overwhelming evidence leads us to the most logical answer to the question: "What is a human being?" -- We are eternal, non-physical energy beings, who are part of and intimately related to the "Source of Creation" that we commonly call Creator/God.

Because there are no bad guys. Everybody is doing the best they can given their circumstances and their internal belief systems.

Those who steal and/or do harmful acts are merely sleep walkers. Our job is NOT to harm or destroy them. Rather, it's two-fold, 1) to prevent them from doing further harm, and 2) to wake them up.

If you understand how "The Universe" functions, integrity will be part of your internal, natural state of being.

How the Universe Functions

The evidence tells us that the presently dominant religions are based on ancient history and that they deny mountains of scientific evidence about the nature of universal reality.

If you were brought up in one of these religions and have not yet examined and revised your childhood beliefs, you'll very likely not be able to function effectively on The Green-Earth-Computer Development Team. You internal stories will keep you in denial about critically important aspects of your job. Here are some of the major questions about which you must find your own truth:

Are you inside or outside of God?

Is "The Rapture" reality or a religious fairytale?

When you speak about "GOD," you must first define what you mean by "God."

Who Am I?
Just by the nature of being, each of us has something of value. When we find and manifest the value in who we are, we will have found our own unique place in the universe. In that place, we will be able to answer our own questions. If you are still searching, we recommend that you begin by listen to your heart. It will tell you where to look and what to do.

We are beginning the physical creation portion of our mission. We are walking our talk. We are demonstrating our program:

First by creating and operating a computer sales and service business using The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure -- a structure in which corporate employees, corporate customers, and the environment hold equal priority with making a profit. This will put employees in a very unique and special position.

Second, Green-Earth-Computers.com is building a completely modular computer system -- an efficient, modular, environmentally- friendly, computer system where only the necessary components are purchased when our customers repair or upgrade their computer systems. This will save customers thousands of dollars, eliminate mountains of toxic trash, and make our company the most environmentally friendly company in the entire computer industry.

The only way we can stay in integrity is if we feel free to question each other's behavior, and be able to do so gently and lovingly, without judgment or condemnation. In an open atmosphere of this nature, the behaviors that brought on the present financial crisis would have been exposed and stopped long before they reached their critical stages. The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure is designed with these types of checks and balances built in to the system.

The other thing to keep in mind is that nobody has a monopoly on the truth. There's no such thing as one perfect way to do anything. Our uniqueness give each of us a vantage point that nobody else has. We intend to honor everyone -- to honor everyone's right to be who and what he or she is --- to honor everyone's right to express his or her opinion.
